Delivery policy


as soon as an order is made it will be sent within 1-3 days as soon as payment has cleared. all parcels are sent with a tracking service and also must be signed for upon delivery for the protection of the customer and janosch moldau labels. the tracking number will be provided to the customer via email upon request.

if the order exceeds € 500 the postage is free.

Description policy

upon making a decision to purchase an item/s from janosch moldau
labels please read the whole description,
check all measurements and review all images. every item is described as
accurately as possible and should provide you with a good idea of its
features and details.


Order cancellation


janosch moldau labels reserves the right to cease your order at
any time, with acceptable reason. if a product is bought at the same
time by several different customers the product will go to the customer
that payment has been received first from.



Return policy


returns are available on all full priced items. if you would like to
return your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your
item and you will be sent an email containing instructions on returning
the item/garment. items must be sent via trackable delivery within 3 days to
be eligible for a return. the returned items must be in their original
condition and not worn/used. following this the money will be refunded
via paypal. this will not include postage costs, packaging costs or duty
paid for the original item.

we will not accept returns after the 3rd day of the item being
delivered. since we can track delivery on all items, delivery date will
be determined by our mail carrier.

Privacy policy


all information that janosch moldau labels collects will remain
confidential and will in no circumstances be passed on to a third-party.
all credit card information is stored securely within paypal and
janosch moldau labels cannot access this information.


Import duty


if you order products from janosch moldau labels for delivery
outside the uk and germany, they may be subject to import duties and
taxes at your destination. janosch moldau labels is not
responsible for the payment of any such import duties and taxes, the
responsibility falls under the customer. please be aware that we have no
control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. your local
customs office will have more information. janosch moldau labels
is not liable for any breach of laws and regulations of the country were
the products are being sent.



Payment policy


all prices on the online store are quoted in EUR. we offer the security
of paypal + payment in advance option (via bank transfer) as our only
available payment systems at this time. Once you go to check out via
paypal, it is up to you to choose what currency you pay in. paypal will
then make an automatic conversion for you. prices are not negotiable.
we reserve the right to change any price at any time. the price that
the item is quoted at, at the time of check out, is the price you will
be charged.
